Maximizer Software to present two CRM seminars at Business 2012 at the O2 in London from 18 to 20 March

BRACKNELL, UK – 21 February, 2012 – Maximizer Software – a leading provider of simple, accessible and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) systems – will be presenting two seminars looking at how businesses can use CRM to improve customer service, win new business and boost profits at the Business 2012 show at the O2 in London from 18th to 20th March .

The first seminar, called Cloud CRM versus On-Premise CRM – The Facts and the Fiction, will run from 13:30 to 14:00 on 19th March. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has been an established on-premise business solution for over 25 years and more recently has pioneered the provision SaaS (Software as a Service) via the cloud. The session will provide clear and balanced information on the options and outline the important factors that should be taken into consideration before making a decision.
